1.2 Shop Data

When you connect the WordPress plugin to our Service, the plugin may transmit product information, store policies, shipping details, and other shop-related data to our backend. This data is used solely to power AI-assisted chat responses for your customers.

1.3 Chat Data

Chat messages between your customers and the AI assistant are processed by our Service to generate responses. Chat session data may be stored temporarily to maintain conversation context. We do not sell or share chat data with third parties.

1.4 Usage Data

We collect usage metrics such as the number of chat sessions, AI minutes used, and API requests. This data is used for billing, quota management, and service improvement.

1.5 Payment Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Google Gemini - AI text generation for chat responses.
  • Deepgram - Voice-to-text and text-to-voice processing for voice chat.
  • Hetzner Cloud - Server infrastructure hosting (EU-based).

These services process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Hetzner Cloud in the European Union (Finland). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed API tokens, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with legal and billing obligations.
  • Chat session data is retained temporarily for conversation context and may be purged periodically.
  • Usage data is retained for billing and analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. Customer Data (Store Owners)

As a store owner using our Service, you are the data controller for your customers' data. The Qonvor website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (e.g., theme preference). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
